The Opportunity
We’re seeking a talented Associate to join our growing team in Bangalore. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse and challenging matters across multiple practice areas, directly collaborating with clients and senior lawyers in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Advise clients on corporate and commercial transactions
- Conduct detailed legal research and analysis
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements and legal documents
- Lead due diligence exercises and ensure regulatory compliance
- Manage client relationships and provide strategic advisory services
- Stay current with evolving legal and regulatory frameworks
What We’re Looking For Essential:
- LLB from a recognised Indian university
- 3-5 years of experience at a law firm or in-house legal team.
- Strong expertise in corporate & commercial laws, privacy & data protection and labour & employment
- Excellent legal research and analytical skills
- Strong client communication and advisory capabilities
- Meticulous attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities and the ability to adapt.
